I moved from Detroit around three years ago to Fond do Lac, WI and have never seen rain and storms like this. 75% of the roads in the area are closed and a State of Emergency was declared minutes ago.

Ok, we were sucked in by the signs and propaganda placed outside the Galloway House in Fond du Lac, WI for the Civil War Reenactment. If you drive by, you see quite a scene and hear rifles firing.
